Paris: Aishwarya Rai Bachchan returned to the runway for L’Oréal Paris during the ninth edition of Le Défilé at Paris Fashion Week on Monday.
The Indian actor appeared at the show at Place Joffre near the Eiffel Tower, wearing a black velvet fishtail gown with three dimensional fringe embroidery and a crystal embellished cape. The outfit was from Yara Shoemaker's Fall Winter collection for 2026 27.
Rai completed the look with a tiara style headpiece and burgundy hair.
She joined a line up of L’Oréal ambassadors and guests that included Céline Dion, Viola Davis, Kendall Jenner, Eva Longoria, Cara Delevingne, Simone Ashley, Jane Fonda and Andie MacDowell.
Videos from rehearsals also showed Rai interacting with Simone Ashley. She was later seen with Eva Longoria, with whom she has appeared at previous L’Oréal events.
Rai has represented L’Oréal Paris for more than two decades and regularly attends international fashion and film events for the brand.
Her Paris appearance follows her participation at the Cannes Film Festival earlier this year, where she attended events in a white trouser suit and a pink gown.
The L’Oréal Paris show formed part of Paris Fashion Week's Spring Summer 2027 programme.
