Sania Ashfaq, the former wife of Pakistan cricketer Imad Wasim, has received the Super Woman Resilience Award at Exhibit London for her determination to stand up for her rights.

The award recognises her efforts to overcome personal challenges and promote self respect and women’s empowerment.

Despite difficulties in her personal life, Sania has continued to share her experiences and highlight the importance of standing up for one’s rights. Her determination has earned support from women who appreciate her strength.

The award also highlights her journey as a source of encouragement for women facing similar challenges.

Former Pakistan cricketer Imad Wasim and Sania Ashfaq married in August 2019 and have three children. Their relationship came under public scrutiny after Imad announced in December 2025 that he had filed for divorce. Sania subsequently made allegations about the breakdown of their marriage, while Imad married again in February 2026.
