Mahira Khan opens up about motherhood at 41
Mahira’s pregnancy announcement comes 17 years after she first became a mother. Her appearance at TIFF therefore carried a personal significance alongside her professional milestone.

At 41, Mahira has described this pregnancy as a different experience from her first. The responsibilities, emotions and concerns that come with motherhood have changed with time, making the journey feel different from when she became a mother in her twenties.
