London: The Pakistan national cricket team received a high profile reception on Wednesday when King Charles III welcomed the players and management staff to his residence at Clarence House in London. Photos shared via the official British Royal Family Instagram page showed the monarch posing with the squad, accompanied by the caption: "This afternoon, The King welcomed the Pakistan National Cricket Team to Clarence House." During the interaction, team captain Babar Azam presented King Charles with a special signed cricket bat on behalf of the squad.

Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Mohsin Naqvi, who also serves as Pakistan's interior minister, attended the meeting alongside team officials and the Pakistani High Commissioner. after the gathering, Naqvi described the audience as "very productive," noting that the King praised Pakistan's efforts toward regional peace, security, and counter terrorism.
