The Embassy of Pakistan in Thailand organised a ceremony to mark Defence and Martyrs Day, bringing together Thai officials, diplomats, defence attachés, journalists, business representatives and members of the Pakistani community.
The ceremony was held in connection with Defence and Martyrs Day, which honours the sacrifices and service of Pakistan’s Armed Forces and those who lost their lives in the line of duty.
Participants at the event paid tribute to the Armed Forces, martyrs and Ghazis for their sacrifices, courage and determination.
The gathering included representatives from a range of diplomatic, official, media, business and community circles. The participation of Thai officials and members of the diplomatic and defence communities highlighted the broad representation at the ceremony.
Journalists and business representatives also attended the event, along with members of the Pakistani community living in Thailand.
