Rawalpindi: The Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) has released a new patriotic song, 'Manzil Pakistan', to mark Defence and Martyrs' Day, inspiring national pride and paying homage to the country's fallen heroes. Released as part of nationwide commemorations on September 6, 'Manzil Pakistan' honours the ultimate sacrifices made by the armed forces and the citizens of Pakistan.
The track highlights themes of resilience, collective responsibility, and the strong bond between the military and the public, emphasising that national stability and progress require unity across all segments of society.
Defence Day is observed annually on September 6 to commemorate the resolve demonstrated during the 1965 war, when Pakistani forces successfully defended the country's sovereign international borders against attack. The ISPR stated that the song embodies the nation's unwavering determination in overcoming contemporary challenges while ensuring the legacy of those who gave their lives for its independence remains central to Pakistan's national identity.
